We've got a taste for deep roots here. Our Mill was built in 1839 by General Vallejo himself and although it's gone through some changes, it's still a reminder of what kind of town Glen Ellen is and the inspiration for all we do. Our chefs focus on using the best ingredients to make food that while, honest and simple, never lacks for elegance. That is to say, the sort of food people have been eating here for a long, long time. We choose to use things like grass fed beef and seasonal produce, traditional recipes and the wisdom of years spent behind the stove.
